form fill seal machine
D The bags are sealed with a length seal and a
cross seal with gusset.
E The machine can be equipped with several tube-
sizes, so different bag sizes can be produced.
Easy changing of the tubes within a few minutes.
F The new roll can be sealed on the old roll, so the
new roll will be fed in automatically.
The time for foil change is minimised.
G A shaking mechanism is provided for an optimal
filling of the bag.
Several options:
- Machine equipped with a weigher, so bags can be
filled on weight.
- Machine also available without weigher. In this way,
bags can be filled on volume.
- Machine can be provided with a hydraulic vertical
press ram, for light pressing the product. With this
machine filled bags can be made as well as lightly
pressed bales.
