Metal detection
A beltconveyor transports a bale through a metal
detection system. When metal is detected (ferro
and non ferro), the bale will be ejected and not
stacked on the pallet.
Check weigher
The bales are transported over a
beltconveyor.
The beltconveyor is directly the weighing
device. When the bales is not the right
weight, it is ejected and will not be
stacked on the pallet. This makes sure
that at the end of the day, only bales
with the right bale weight are stacked
on the pallet. |
