Palletising

Willems uses robot for stacking bales on a pallet (palletsing). Willems is official dealer of Kawasaki robots. The bales are lifted with a vacuum head. Willems also produce roller conveyors for transport the pallet.

Palletsing

The palletmagazin transports an empty pallet to the stacking position of the robotpalletiser. The pallet is positioned and stacking begins. The robot palletising system can be programmed to stack bales coming from 2 industrial balers both on different pallets. (sawdust and wood shaving bales)

After palletising the bales the pallet load will be hooded with the Willems hooder. The Willems stretch hooder pulls a sack over the palletload. Palletised goods are now stable for transport.
