Adding seeds automatically

For this project, the client was looking for a packaging line that could automatically add seeds. Willems added a dosing system to this process, allowing seeds to be added during the packaging process. The line is fully automatic, with a robot that uses the stack and wrap principle. This means wrapping during stacking, allowing even packages without a bandage to be stacked stably. The complete line consists of:

• 2 balers
  • To produce two bale sizes simultaneously
• 1 robot
  • Simultaneously stacking the two bale sizes
• 2 wrappers
  • Positioned at both stacking positions to allow stacking without a pattern.
  • Rain water proof packaging
