Complete packing and handling line for wood shavings. Complete turn key installation for buffering of shavings, 105 m3 bunker with a conveying floor. This bunker buffers the wood shavings, so the mill can produce multiple shifts, while the packing only takes place in single shift. A drum screen is integrated in order to remove the fines from the bigger wood shavings. Which is desired for certain types of animal bedding. The cleaned shavings are baled and packed into proper logistically correct bales. A robot stacking system stacks the bales automatically on pallets. Once the bales are stacked on the pallet, automatically they are transported through a Willems stretch hooding machine, in order to protect the bales from rain and for stability. Again a complete turn key factory build and installed by Willems.
