As a CNC Brake Press Operator at Willems Baling Equipment in Hapert, you are responsible for the highly accurate bending and forming of sheet metal. While our machines are deployed across the globe for complex packaging challenges, you ensure that every part is produced exactly according to the drawing. What will you do as a CNC Brake Press Operator?

In the role of CNC Brake Press Operator, you are a crucial link in our production process. You work independently to manufacture various sheet metal components that form the basis of our impressive baling presses and packaging lines. Because we manage everything in-house, you see the direct results of your work in the final products that leave our factory.

During your activities, you are responsible for setting up and operating our modern CNC brake presses. You read technical drawings, determine the correct work sequence, and choose the necessary tools for each job. Throughout the process, you monitor quality closely and perform intermediate measurements to guarantee that every product meets our high quality standards. Thanks to your eye for detail and knowledge of materials, you ensure an efficient workflow for all assignments.

What do you bring as a CNC Brake Press Operator?

You have a great passion for metal technology and find satisfaction in creating perfect semi-finished products. You enjoy working accurately, are quality-conscious, and feel at home in a production environment where craftsmanship is valued. A technical background through education or experience in metalworking forms the basis for this role.

Furthermore, you possess strong technical insight and can read drawings without any problems. You preferably already have experience operating CNC brake presses, but if you have experience in a similar branch of metalworking, we also invite you to apply.
