Ensure the perfect logistical flow within our high-tech machine construction. As a Warehouse Employee / Work Planner, you are the pivot in our logistical process in Hapert. While our engineers and mechanics work on worldwide packaging solutions, you ensure that every part is in the right place at the right time. At Willems Baling Equipment, you combine a physical approach with administrative accuracy in an independent role where order and overview are central.

What will you do as a Warehouse Employee / Work Planner?

In the role of Warehouse Employee / Work Planner, you are an indispensable link for our assembly and production. You ensure that materials are available on time, complete, and correct for our international projects. Thanks to your efforts, our mechanics can build the most innovative packaging lines without interruption.

During your activities, you manage the incoming and outgoing flow of goods. You check deliveries, process them administratively, and ensure everything ends up in the correct location. An essential part of your work is preparing and assembling project carts; you make sure the right technical components are ready for the start of a new project. Additionally, you monitor the stock, signal discrepancies, and serve as the point of contact for a neat and organized assembly department.

What do you bring as a Warehouse Employee / Work Planner?

You have a passion for logistics and love bringing structure to a technical environment. You work accurately, are physically fit, and enjoy working in a team where quality comes first. A background in technology or experience in a similar warehouse is a strong foundation for this position.

Furthermore, you possess relevant work experience in a logistical or technical support role. You work in an orderly manner and have a sharp eye for detail when checking incoming goods. You preferably already hold a forklift certificate, or you are willing to obtain one through us. Because internal communication and administrative processing are an important part of your day, you have a good command of the Dutch language. You are an active go-getter who not only executes but also likes to contribute ideas for optimizing our warehouse processes.
